Before signing the bill, President Biden told reporters, bipartisan gun safety legislation

is the need of the hour, which can save many lives in the future.

The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act "increases certain restrictions and penalties on the purchase of firearms

This law will red flag people who are a danger to themselves or others

that is, those who commit domestic violence or who assault their significant  cannot buy or own a gun.

According to this act, People in the age group of 18 to 21 to buy a gun will be screened for their life background
